Admittedly, my wife was the one who introduced me to this classic. Now, it’s a Christmas tradition for us to watch it at least once. But the soundtrack stays on throughout December!

This is a reminder to be present for the holiday season. Don’t worry about your 2026 goals just yet. Soak in the last few weeks of 2025. I hope you get to spend it with your family! I know that’s where I’ll be.

It’s crazy to think back to January when I started writing the first issue of Perspectives on Leadership. I have a blast writing it each week, and I’m looking forward to 52 more issues next year.
